I will guide you and provide you with effective tools on how to develop the copy (the writing) for the site so that it accurately reflects your brand identity with very little time investment on your part. I will then update the site template with your branding and copy.

You have TWO options
for completing the Anima Intensive
TWO DAY INTENSIVE
Day One would be focused on branding, Day Two on website creation. Each day would have a total of about 2 hours of calls and 2-3 hours of independent work. The two days would be scheduled and completed within one week of each other.

TWO WEEK SPREAD
Over the course of 2 weeks, the process is broken up into 4 one hour calls and individual work is to be completed in between the calls
*An individual project cannot span more than 2 weeks. If it goes past two weeks there is an added fee.*

Now, let’s get into the nitty gritty.
This is what the process looks like for the TWO DAY INTENSIVE:
Sign Up
Once we've hopped on an inquiry call and decided we would be a good fit, you would sign our project contract and pay for the entire project up front.
Once that's been completed, we would schedule the two days for the Intensive (not to be any longer than a week apart- the closer together the better). Ideally, we would start in the morning so as to give enough time to get through everything.
You'll receive an initial set of questions that we'll be going over in our first call so you'll be able to review before we meet so you can feel prepared and ready!
DAY ONE
Call One: The Deep Dive
Looking at the Light and Shadow of Your Mission
On this 1 hour call, we'll go beyond the veil of your mission.
We'll dive into the light side: the origin story, what the motivation and inspiration is behind it all, what about it makes you feel passionate and on fire, who you want to help, what is its greater purpose...
Then we'll dive into the shadow side: Part of our process is to find the areas that are holding you back, the areas where you feel hesitation or are encountering obstacles. How and why are you playing small? It could be a fear of failure, a fear of what others think. It could be that you are clinging to outdated business practices and ideals. The deeper question is... If a mission has been put on your heart, do you also believe you have everything you need to bring it to life?
We often encounter obstacles that look like outside obstacles - not enough money or time or resources or know how - but really the obstacle is inside of us. We'll go into some possible triggers so that we can find out what INTERNALLY is holding you back or making you play small so that we can unleash the power within to bring this to fruition and allow you to uncover more of your true self.
I'll lead you through a guided meditation to let go of the shadow side and embrace your Highest Self.
We'll then take a short 15ish minute break.
Call Two: Inside Out Brand Shaping
On this 1 hour call, we'll first dive into the "inside" of your business: your ideal client, brand values, business offerings/services, etc...
Then we'll dive into the "outside" of your business: color palette, typography, logo inspiration
At the conclusion of our call, I will begin work on your branding which will be completed within 2-3 hours. We'll then hop on a call and go through the color palette, font selections, logo and brand mark I have designed for your business.
There is only one round of revisions permitted. Please keep in mind that the time allotted for an intensive is short, so having a clear vision and appropriate expectations will help the process go smoothly.
*Because this is an intensive project, please keep in mind that logos with detailed illustration are not within the scope. If you're looking for a more detailed design, please browse our other branding services. Any questions can be addressed on our inquiry call.*
DAY TWO
Call One: Website Creation
Before we begin this call, you will have chosen one of our website templates which includes the following pages- home, about, services and contact. (Any additional pages including a blog or shop would be an added fee.)
On this one hour call, I will guide you and provide you with effective tools on how to develop the copy (the writing) for the site so that it accurately reflects your brand identity with very little time investment on your part.
We'll then take the next 2-3 hours to independently complete our tasks- for you to complete the copy and for me to update your site with your logo, colors and fonts. I will be available during that time in case you have any questions.
At the end of the 2-3 hours, you'll share all copy with me and I'll update it on the site which should take 1-2 hours.
Call Two: Project Wrap Up
We'll hop on a short call at the end of day two once I've updated the site with the copy so I can run through the site with you and make sure everything looks ok. I'll share the link with you to a collection of video tutorials walking you through how to make basic edits to your site moving forward.
Your mission has now taken shape and can see the light of day.

Once that's been completed, we will schedule out the 4 calls that will take place over the two week spread. Remember that there will be an added fee if the project goes beyond 2 weeks.
